Scheduling and third-party services

Appointments are booked through Acuity Scheduling, a third-party scheduling service. Its own terms and privacy notices govern the information entered on the booking page. The booking form asks only for contact details, the state you will be in, and a general reason for the visit; please do not enter detailed medical information there. Do not submit protected health information in ordinary website analytics or public contact channels.

Clinical privacy

Once care is established, patient records and communications must be handled according to applicable privacy and security requirements. The practice’s formal Notice of Privacy Practices and clinical intake process should be furnished during onboarding.

Website analytics and logs

Ordinary web server logs and non-sensitive traffic metrics may be collected by hosting and analytics services. This site should not put symptoms, diagnoses, or personal health information into tracking URLs or advertising pixels.

Before launch

The practice must review and publish its actual legal privacy notice, including responsible entity, contact details, effective date and patient rights. This page is a prelaunch placeholder, not a substitute for that notice.

Safety: Video care is not emergency care. For life-threatening symptoms call 911. Telehealth is used only when clinically appropriate.
