Book a Video Visit ↗Step 1: Pick a time
Select the Book button to open Salome’s scheduling page. Visits are 30-minute video appointments, offered daily, 11 a.m.–10 p.m. Central (Iowa) time. Times are shown in your own time zone. Enter your name, phone number and email, then answer two short questions: which state you will be in during the visit, and what brings you in. Please do not type detailed medical information on the booking form; Salome will go over your health with you during the visit.
Step 2: Prepare for the appointment
Use an internet connection and a private space. Have your identification, current medication list, medical history, pharmacy information, and recent vital-sign readings available.
Step 3: Join and follow up
You should receive a booking confirmation, and please confirm your video-joining instructions with the practice before your appointment. Join from a quiet, private place while you are physically in Iowa. Salome will determine whether telehealth is sufficient, and discuss testing, referrals or follow-up as appropriate.
Insurance and pricing
No payment is taken when you book. Any visit fee, insurance questions or self-pay options will be reviewed with you before your visit. Do not assume the prices or accepted plans of other practices apply to this Iowa service.
